Our fiberglass technical shelters are distinguished by their molded outer shell, mounted on a urethane-insulated dried wood structure, which is lighter than steel.
Our fiberglass shelters also rest on a hot-dip galvanized steel base structure, including a steel framing to ensure maximum resistance to interior equipment loads.
The roof, floor and panels have sealed laminated fiberglass joints; as a result the shells are of a single piece therefore with a longer life-expectancy.
This kind of quality construction reduces maintenance costs and provides a better protection from water, dust and insects as well as avoiding the risk of corrosion.
The shelter's polished fiberglass exterior shell is made using "Gelcoat" which has been developed specifically for this use and provide durable UV protection. Fiberglass requires only minimal maintenance and is not subject to environmental corrosion or wind-damage.
Although generally in grey or white, they can also be provided in a vast range of colours.
We also manufacture bespoke shelters (guard-posts, kiosks, gateposts, etc.) to meet specific client requirements, using a variety of exterior-shell materials: engineered wood (Canaxel, Maibec, Goodfellow and James Hardie), etc.
We can also manufacture our shelters to incorporate any required elements such as electricity* (complete electrical distribution, service entrance, equipment power supply, TVSS, automatic inverters, etc.), AV or DC ventilation, air conditioning/heating, cable trays and entries, grounding / bonding and large range of accessories: storage, workbenches, safety equipment, etc.
